Ever since I jumped into the netgalley rabbit hole my eyes have been blessed with some beautiful covers of book that I cannot request because they are out of my region. Thus I wish to share my favorite non-american book covers.
I Have no Secrets by Penny Joelson

This cover is simple yet powerful. It draws the eye with the most minimal of design. I find it beautiful.
The White Hare by Michael Fishwick

I love the artistry of this book cover. It feels a bit harsh, but in a good way. It is beautifully illustrated.
Spontaneous by Aaron Starmer

I love the colors and the composition of this book cover. All the elements seem to go together. Plus everything about this screams that this book will most definitely be badass.
Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor

This cover is gorgeous, no explanation needed.
Darkest Dawn by Katlyn Duncan

What can I say? I’m a sucker for painted style book covers.

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed this post. What are some of your favorite non-American book covers? Have you read any of these books? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Let me know if you’d like to see more of these types of posts!
Mini-disclaimer: I realize that I may have a weird attraction to different sorts of book covers that you may not enjoy as much as I do… and that is ok! There is something on this earth for everyone and these are just a taste of what sort of looks I like.

-Till next time!

  1. This is a great selection of beautiful non-American book covers. They’re all stunning but my bias would have to be The White Hare. The use of geometric shapes to create movement and depth to the cover is brilliantly done and I just adore the rough illustrative style! Great Post! Happy Reading!

    1. I’m glad you like them too! Just spreading the cover love ❤️ especially since the only covers I’ve really been exposed to are the American ones, I really wanted to expand my horizons a bit.
