A constriction of air in my head

A pressure beyond I can contest

An anxiety building out of control

A feeling that is full of undeniable fear
I pace and rage

What can I do

How can I fix

This terrible feel
It burns and hurts restricting my chest

A fish in water yet can’t breathe none the less

Helplessness and intensity stabs at me

Ohh how I wish my airways wouldn’t fail me
Let me breathe

Clear the path

Calm the storm

That’s a wrap
Thanks for reading!!! I honestly feel like this way too often. I hope you enjoyed this short poem.

-Till next time!
